Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to ZechionAI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, artificial intelligence models, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

ZechionAI is a company established under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. By accessing or using our Services from any country worldwide, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ZechionAI.

Eligibility & User Representations

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • Authority: You represent that you have the full power and authority to enter into this agreement.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Services and Compliance Framework

ZechionAI provides artificial intelligence solutions for various industries, including healthcare.

  • HIPAA (US Healthcare): A separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required for PHI.
  • Dubai Health Authority (DHA): Compliance with DHA standards where applicable.
  • GDPR (EU Users): Additional rights as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • UAE PDPL: Compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and materials provided through the Services are the sole property of ZechionAI or its licensors.

You retain ownership of any data, text, or files you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely to provide and improve the Services.

International Data Transfers and Storage

ZechionAI is headquartered in Delaware, USA. Your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or material that disrupts our systems.
  • Use AI outputs to provide medical, legal, or financial advice without proper qualifications.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ZECHION AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs are error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZECHION AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Place of Arbitration: Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
